это мой первый опыт использования менструальной чаши, чаша пришла раньше месячных,пока пробовала вставить-вытащить, сложновато, надеюсь не разольётся всё.дополню отзыв позже.пакетик в комплекте бесполезный, его не продезинфицировать и он рассыпается после стирки.я взяла размер "s", так как я продавца из только два "s" и "L" мне 28 лет и 1 ребёнок через натуральные роды, ничего не вываливается.сложно представить что можно чашу менять где-то вне дома.я обязательно дополню отзыв.по ощущениям она средней жёсткости, миллилитры отмечены 15 и 7,5.
